摘要 采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(CGC-MS)联用技术对蒌蒿挥发油的化学成分进行研究,经毛细管气相色谱分离出36个峰,共确认了其中26种成分,占挥发油总油量的93%.其主要成分是三苯基-甲烷、叶绿醇、正十六碳酸、2,4,6-三(1,1-二甲乙基)-苯酚等,这为进一步开发利用蒌蒿提供了科学依据. Essential oils distilled from Artemisia selengensis Turcz were studied by employed CGC-MSD. 36 compounds were separated and identified, which accounted for over 93% of the volatile oil. The major components were Triphenylmethane, Phytol, n-Hexadecanoic acid, Phenol, 2,4,6-tris(1, 1-dimethylethyl). And etc.
