摘要
遗忘是记忆系统的重要组成部分。遗忘机制理论的研究和遗忘规律的了解有助于语言教师和外语学习者采取合适的教学策略,从而加深记忆,进一步提高教学效率。本文试图从心理学角度分析遗忘原因和规律,并联系具体语言教学实践,探讨遗忘对外语教学策略的现实意义。
Forgetting, whose theory research and laws benefit EFL teachers and learners to adopt strategies appropriately, which enhance the memory more powerful and teaching and learning more efficient, is an indispensable part of memory system. This paper attempts to analyze the causes and laws of forgetting psychologically and explore the practical implications on strategies of foreign language teaching and learning with real examples of EFL teaching and learning practice.
