溶胶-凝胶聚二甲基硅氧烷毛细管气相色谱柱分析家用樟脑球的成份 被引量:1

摘要 新型的溶胶凝胶气相色谱毛细管柱具有制柱时间短、耐热性能好、对各类化合物分离性能佳、工作性能稳定的特点.研究了溶胶凝胶聚二甲基硅氧烷毛细管气相色谱柱应用于樟脑和萘的分析测定的方法。在此研究中,毛细管色谱柱制备采用的固定相是端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷,石英毛细管尺寸:8 m×250μm i.d.。色谱测定条件:载气采用氮气;进样口温度220℃,分流比5∶1;检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),检测器温度250℃;柱温恒定为110℃。结果表明,溶胶-凝胶气相色谱毛细管柱的测定具有精密度高、准确性好的特点.测定的标准偏差为0.31;变异系数为0.32%。樟脑和萘的平均回收率分别是101.4%和100%. Sol-gel capillary column is a new type of chromatographic column that has a relatively simple technological process for the developing of the column. This kind of column can stand high temperatures, has good separation for all kinds of compounds and excellent repeatability. In this research, the stationary phase of the sol-gel capillary col- umn is hydroxy-terminated poly (dimethylsiloxane). Dimension of the capillary column : 8 m x 250 I.Lm i. d.. Chrom- atographic conditions: carrier: nitrogen; injection: split 5: 1, 220~C ; detector: FID, 250~C ; column temperature: 110~C. This is the first time to use the sol-gel PDMS capillary column to analyze camphor and naphthalene. The results show good precision and accuracy. The standard deviation is 0.31 and the relative standard deviation is 0.32%. The average recovery for camphor and naphthalene are 101.4% and 100%, respectively.
