冠心病患者C-反应蛋白与内皮素-1的关系 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)与内皮素-1(ET-1)间的关系。方法:检测冠心病组与正常对照组各35例的血清C-反应蛋白、内皮素-1水平。结果:冠心病组的血清C-反应蛋白及内皮素-1均高于对照组(P<0.05);CRP与ET-1浓度间呈直线正相关(γ=0.75,P<0.01)。结论:C-反应蛋白、内皮素-1在冠心病形成与发展中可能起重要作用。炎症反应通过损伤血管内皮功能而起作用。
