摘要
应用扫描电镜及X射线能谱仪等设备,对采用线切割制取的裂纹样品内表面的黑色不明物进行了分析。认为这些黑色覆盖物为脉冲电流在放电过程中,油性液体介质裂变产物(主要为碳黑)涂覆在裂纹内部形成的积碳。
The black abstract material which sticks to inside crack of the sample machined by wire-electrode cutting is analyzed and studied by using scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrometer, The black material is considered as carbon deposition, which is formed by oily-liquid medium fission product (mainly carbon black) covering inside crack during the discharge process of pulse current.
