摘要
构建学校争谐管理是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,是时代发展的必然要求。忽视人文关怀的冷漠管理,专制型的家长制管理和管理者的人格偏差是构建和谐管理的主要障碍。学校领导者要认真反思,从自身及其管理行为的缺陷中吸取教训,努力从和谐管理中获取效益。
To establish harmonious management of schools constitutes one important part of establishing harmonious society and is the inevitable requirement of the times. The things such as indifference management ignoring human ooncem, autocratic patriarchal system and managers' individual deviation may be said as the main hindrances, so, school leaders are advised to make prudent reflections and absorb lessons from themselves and the defects of their management behavior and achieve the benefit form harmonious management.
