摘要
餐旅类专业实践教学是高校特别是高职高专类院校研究探讨的重点。传统的校内模拟实习和校外顶岗实习都有较为明显的缺点。本文就“教学———经营一体化”这一新的实践教学模式进行了较为系统的探讨。具体分析了这一教学模式的比较优势、总体安排、教学组织以及已经取得的成果。
Consideration should be given to practice-involved teaching of Tourism specialties in college education, especially vocational education. Shortcomings have already been seen in field teaching both on campus and outside the campus. The new "Teaching-Operation" Teaching Pattern has been systematically discussed in this disquisition, in terms of its comparative advantages, general arrangements, teaching organization and achievements.
