摘要
以辣椒细胞质雄性不育系的同型保持系95-1B为材料进行小孢子母细胞减数分裂的研究,切片观察的结果表明,小孢子母细胞减数分裂的过程发生在花蕾初现、花萼紧闭、花瓣尚未开始张开时,在小孢子母细胞形成初期,小孢子母细胞呈双列式排列,花药壁由一层表皮、一层内壁、2~3层中层、一层绒毡层组成.小孢子母细胞减数分裂的前期,观察到了双线期的染色体聚集,姊妹染色体是成对排列在赤道板上,并且在纺锤丝的牵引下进行减数分裂,最终形成4个子细胞-四分体.
The meiotic behavior of the maintainer 95 -1 B of pepper CMS95 -1A was observed in this paper. The results showed that meiosis toke place at the flower bud stage while calyx was closed before petal opened. In the primary stage microspore mother cell formed with arranging in two rows of cells. The anther walls were composed by one layer of epidermis, one layer of inside wall cells, two or three layers of cells in the middle and one layer of tapetal cells. In the early stage of meiosis of microspore mother cell, the chromosome congregation was observed through zygonema to diakinesis, in which sister chromosome arrayed in pair at equator. Meiosis toke place with dragging by spindle fiber, at last the tetrad formed.
