摘要 目的:研究灯盏花素对兔肝缺血再灌注损伤脂质过氧化的保护作用。方法:健康家兔16只,复制肝缺血再灌注损伤模型。随机分为对照组和灯盏花素用药组,每组8只。观察缺血再灌注60m in时肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和肝脏组织细胞形态学的变化。结果:灯盏花用药组的SOD和MDA与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),肝组织细胞形态学变化明显减轻。结论:灯盏花素能通过抑制氧自由基的生成,增强氧自由基的清除,对肝缺血再灌注损伤起着良好的抗脂质过氧化作用。 Objective: To explor the effect of breviscapine (Bre) on lipid peroxidation in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (HIRI). Methods: The HIRI model was used. Sixteen rabbits were randomly divided into control group (n=8) and Bre group (n=8). The superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content in hepatic tissue were observed, and obsvered the cell structure of the liver microscope at reperfusion 60 rain. Results: The SOD activity and MDA content of Bre group, as compared with control group, showed significant differences (P〈0.01). The change of the cell structure in Bre group is lighter than in the control group. Conclusion: Bre has notable anti-lipid peroxidation effect on HIRI, which is due to its inhibiting the generation of oxygen free radicals and its strengthening scavenging of oxygen free radicals.
