摘要
采用无皂种子乳液聚合制备了以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸为核,交联聚苯乙烯为壳的复合乳液,该乳液在95℃、pH值12.0的条件下处理3 h,得到具有中空结构的塑料颜料乳液。利用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,利用透射电镜、激光散射粒度仪研究了合成过程中乳液粒子的形态变化,利用热重分析考察了聚合物粒子的热稳定性。将其用于涂布,可以使涂布纸白度、不透明度、光泽度以及印刷光泽度提高。
The composite emulsion P(MMA-MAA)/P(St-DVB)with polyaerylate as core and with cross-linked polystyrene as shell was synthesized by the soap-free emulsion polymerization. The plastic pignent with hollow structure was obtained by treating the P( MMA-MAA)/P(St-DVB) with alkali at pH 12.0, 95℃ for 3 h. The structural characterization and properties of the emulsion particles were studied in detail by IR, TEM, TG and particle size analyzer. The plastic pignent was used in coating, h was found that comparing with the control sample, the brightness, opacity, gloss and print gloss of coated paper increased when using this plastic pignent as the component of the coating formula.
