摘要
我国城市化进程中的最大问题是城镇就业问题。目前我国城镇就业方面问题还存在不少,但我们只要充分利用有利条件,促进非公有制经济和第三产业的发展以及劳动力的流动,并且由政府提供相关的政策保障,就可以很好地解决就业问题。
