摘要
玉米(Zea maysL.)是世界上三大主要粮食作物之一,至今其遗传转化仍比较困难,目前报道有多种成功的方法,其中农杆菌(Agrobactierium tumefaciens)介导法是当前玉米遗传转化的主要方法。本文综述了农杆菌介导的玉米遗传转化研究的发展历史、存在问题和影响因素等,并对未来发展趋势进行展望。
Maize (Zea mays L. ) is one of the three main crops of the world. Maize genetic transformation is still somewhat difficult at present. Many successful methods have been reported, of which the genetic transformation mediated by Agrobacterium is a major approach. In this review, recent progresses in genetic transformation of maize mediated by Agrobacterium, its problems, and influent factors et al. were discussed, and its future advances were also prospected.
