摘要
本文对水液多通道协调加载系统进行了研究,实现了电液伺服加载系统与水压加载系统的协调加载控制。试验运行 结果表明,液压加载系统8个通道能够协同作业,静态力值加载精度达到1%,水压加栽系统能够在0-0.5 MPa之间无级调 节,控制精度和协调精度均满足设计要求。
A Hydraulic-Hydraulic multi-channel coordinated loading system is presented. It can realize coordinated loading between hydraulic servo control channels when there exists hydraulic loading in the specimen. Experimental results show that the eight channels can work coordinately with a good loading precision less than 1 percent. Hydraulic loading can adjust continuously between 0 and 0.5MPa, which meets the standard.
