摘要
采用常温静水实验法,分别探讨了聚维酮碘、碘三氧对异育银鲫(Carassius aurutus gibelio)鱼苗(体长1.0~1.5cm)的急性毒性效应。结果表明,聚维酮碘对异育银鲫鱼苗24h、48h、96h的半致死浓度分别为43.45mg/L、24.21mg/L、21.38mg/L,安全浓度为2.14mg/L;碘三氧对异育银鲫鱼苗24h、48h、96h的半致死浓度分别为52.36mg/L、33.11mg/L、26.73mg/L,安全浓度为2.67mg/L。
The acute toxicity of pvidone-iodine(PVPⅠ)and IO_3 on allogynogenetics sil- ver crucian carp(Carassius aurutus gibelio,1.0~1.5cm)was determined by conven- tional method.The results showed that pvidone-iodine semi-lethal mass concentrations on allogynogenetics silver crucian carp fry in 24 h,48 h ,96 h were 43.45,24.21,21.38 mg/L respectively,and its safe concentration was 2.14 mg/L;and that IO_3 semi-lethal mass concen trations on allogynogenetics silver crucian carp fry in 24 h,48 h ,96 h were 52.36,33.11,26.73mg/L respectively,and its safe concentration was 2.67 mg/L.
