摘要
目的建立保健食品中吡啶甲酸铬含量的测定方法,验证吡啶甲酸铬的稳定性。方法用高效液相色谱法测定某胶囊吡啶甲酸铬的含量。结果方法线性范围为2.00~0.25μg,最低检测限为0.005μg,总分析时间12min。吡啶甲酸铬平均保留时间10.598min(±0.07)。4种质量分数的平均回收率为96.9%。结论高效液相色谱法测定吡啶甲酸铬含量稳定、可靠、简便,适用于保健食品的分析。
Objective To develop a method for determining the content of chromium picolinate in sanitarian food and to validate its stability. Methods High - performance chromatogrphic method (HPLC) was adopted to determine the content of chromium picolinate. Results The linearity of the method ranged from 2. 00μg to 0.062 5μg. and its lowest detection concentration was 0.000 5 μg. The total time for analyzing was 12 min. The average retention time of chromium picolinate was 10.598 min(± 0.07). The average recovery rate was 96.9% for 4 kinds of concentration. Conclusions High- performance chromatogrphic method is steady, reliable and simple for detecting the concentration of chromium picolinate and it is applicable for analyzing sanitarian food.
