摘要
[目的]观察黄浦江水中挥发性有机化合物的含量。[方法]采用美国国家环保局8260B方法,利用吹扫捕集装置与色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用仪的全自动恒流控制,对黄浦江7个断面共89个水样进行了分析。[结果]在优先控制的19种挥发性有机物中,检出了二氯甲烷、氯仿、四氯化碳、苯、1,2-二氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、甲苯、1,1,2-三氯乙烷、四氯乙烯、氯苯、乙苯、间-二甲苯/对-二甲苯、邻-二甲苯、1,4-二氯苯、1,2-二氯苯,共16种。没有检出1,1,1-三氯乙烷、溴仿、1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷。在黄浦江临江、南市、杨浦和吴淞口几个断面浓度较高,其中甲苯的绝对检出量最高。需要特别指出的是,四氯化碳的检出值较高,吴淞口的平均浓度(4.35)已经是集中式生活饮用水地表水源地标准限值的2倍,临江、杨浦大桥断面的平均浓度(1.60、1.76)也已接近这一标准限值。[结论]黄浦江有些断面已经受到一定程度的污染,对人体健康存在潜在的影响和危害,必须加以关注。
[ Objective ] Most volatile organic compounds in water are hard-to-biodegradable organic compounds with carcinogenic, reproductive and mutagenic effects or unpleasant odor. They are very harmful. Huangpu River is one of the drinking water sources of Shanghai residence. It has significant importance to inspect the volatile organic compounds in the River to protect the water quality and human health along the riverside. [ Methods ] 8260B method was introduced from US State Environment Protection Agency and 89 water samples were analyzed from 7 sections of the Huangpu River with the auto-flow controlled purge and trap GC/MS. [ Results ] From the 19 volatile organic compounds inspected with priority control, the main compounds detected are methylene chloride, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, benzene, 1, 2-dichloroethane, trichloroethylene, toluene, 1, 1, 2-trichloroethane, tetrachloroethylene, chlorobenzene, ethylbenzene, m-xylene/p-xylene, o-xylene, 1, 4-dichlorobenzene, 1, 2-dichlorobenzene.While 1, 1, 1-trichloroethane, bromoform, 1, 1, 2, 2-tetrachloroethane are not found. Those sections along Huangpu River, Nanshi District, Yangpu District and Wusong District were inspected with the highest concentration of toluene. What should be noticed is that the detected concentrations of tetrachloromethane were a little higher. The average concentration of tetrachloromethane detected in Wusongkou, which was 4.35, was twice higher than its criterion value for headstream of surface water for drinking water, and those detected in the sections of Linjiang and Yangpu Bridge, which were 1.60 and 1.76, respectively, were close to the criterion value. [ Conclusion ] Some sections of the Huangpu River has been polluted to certain extent and has potential impact and danger to human health. Thus , we need to pay more attention on this issue.
