摘要
在无水条件下,以氯仿为溶剂,聚醚改性聚硅氧烷为原料,经氯磺酸酯化和氢氧化钠乙醇溶液中和,除去无机盐得到非离子、阴离子复合型聚醚改性聚硅氧烷硫酸酯钠盐乳化剂.该改性乳化剂不但具备一般有机硅乳化剂低的表面能,而且浊点高,对有机硅单体仍具有良好乳化功能,用量在6%~10%均可得到粒径分布均匀的稳定有机硅均聚乳液.
Using trichloromethane as solution at no water condition, organosilyl noninic surfactant was modified by chlorosulfonic acid, then neutralized by the absolute alcohol solution of sodium hydroxide, can get its' sodium sulfovinate,which has low surface energy, prominently higer cloud point ,and very good emulsification for organosilyl monomer. With its' use level from 6% to 10%, we can get stable emulsion of organosilicon polymer, which has uniform partical size distribution.
