工资结构、雇佣关系稳定性和企业的人力资本投资 被引量:11

Stability of Wage Structure and Wage Employment and Capital Investment of Enterprise Manpower

摘要 在不完全竞争的劳动力市场中,压缩的工资结构是企业向员工提供一般性人力资本投资的必要条件。对当前企业的工资结构、雇佣关系稳定性和人力资本投资的研究显示,相对于外资企业,国有企业和民营企业的工资结构呈现了不同程度的压缩态势,而且雇佣关系的稳定性也较前者高,这导致了国有企业和民营企业有较大激励向员工提供一般性人力资本投资。研究还发现,在压缩的工资结构下,企业的人力资本投资能够提升低技能员工的技能水平,有助于降低收入不平等程度。
