摘要
独立学院以“民、独、优”的新模式、新机制,在我国高等教育体系中占有了特殊地位,发挥了重要作用。独立学院的学生管理工作,必须从管理理念创新入手,以学生为本,引入柔性管理方式,加强校园文化建设,不断开创学生管理工作的新局面,培养更多适应社会发展需要的合格人才。
Independent schools, thanks to their new mode and mechanism of “civil operation, independence, and advantage”, occupy a unique position and plays an important role in the system of higher education in our country. The students＇ administration work of independent schools should start from innovative ideology, center on students, bring in flexible modes, open up new phases, and cultivate more qualified talents meeting the demands of social development.
