选择0~35日龄200头哺乳仔猪和35~70日龄160头断乳仔猪各分为对照组和寡聚糖组,每组10个重复,各重复仔猪数相等。研究探讨了海洋寡聚糖作为猪饲料添加剂对生产性能及血液理化指标的影响。结果表明:寡聚糖组与对照组相比,0~35日龄哺乳仔猪和35~70日龄保育期仔猪的死亡率、次品率均显著降低(P<0.05),而平均体重分别提高18%和14.2%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);寡聚糖组白细胞、粒细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、压积有减少的倾向,而淋巴细胞和血小板含量增加,但差异都不显著。与对照组相比寡聚糖组谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶及乳酸脱氢酶的活力略有降低,谷草/谷丙比和g谷氨酰转肽酶的活性呈上升趋势,但差异均不显著。寡聚糖组的肌酐含量比对照组显著增加外(P<0.05),其余尿酸、葡萄糖、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、球蛋白、载脂蛋白A1的含量均下降,而尿素、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、白蛋白、总蛋白含量比对照组略有增加的趋势,但差异均不显著。
An experiment was conducted to study the effect of oligochitosan on performance and serum physichemical indeces of piglets. 200 0-35 day piglets and 160 35-70 d weaning piglets were respectively divided into two groups, the control group and the oligochitosan group. There were 10 replications per group and 10 piglets per replications and 8 weaning piglets per replications in the later study. The results were as follows: Compared with the control group the death rate and the inferior rate of piglets and weaning piglets were decreased(P〈0.05), and the weights of piglets and the weaning piglets were increased by 18% and 14.2%, respectively(P〈0.05). Oligochitosan reduced the contents of the leukocyte, granulocyte, erythrocyte, haemoglobin,hematocrit slightly except for lymphocyte and blood platelet. The activity of AST, GPT, AKP, LDH were reduced. The AS/GP ratio and the activity of GGT were increased. But no difference were shown. Oligochitosan significantly increased the contents of CREA(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group the contents of URIC, GLU, TRIG, HDL-C, GLO, APOAl were slightly lower except for those of UREA, CHOL, LDL-C, ALB and TP.
