缺氧预处理后急性低氧对大鼠血压及心率的影响

摘要 目的探讨经缺氧预处理(HPC)后,急性低氧对大鼠血压和HR的影响。方法以健康大白鼠50只,随机分为空白组、含氧12.5%对照组、8.5%对照组、12.5%实验组和8.5%实验组。对照组分别在含氧12.5%和8.5%的氮氧混合气体下急性低氧5min和10min时记录血压和HR,并且10min时鼠尾取血测Hb含量;实验组进行7天缺氧预处理后同时用同样的方法测相同指标。结果以12.5%氮氧混合气体进行急性低氧的实验组5min时舒张压明显高于对照组(P<0.01或0.05);以8.5%氮氧混合气体进行急性低氧的实验组5min和10min时的收缩压明显高于对照组(P<0.01),5min时的舒张压明显高于对照组(P<0.01或0.05);经过HPC后大鼠的Hb含量明显升高(P<0.01或0.05)。结论经HPC后,机体Hb含量升高;急性低氧时实验组与对照组比较收缩压和舒张压有明显变化。 Objective To investigate the effect of acute hypoxia on blood pressure and heart rate in mice after hypoxia preconditioning(HPC). Methods Fifty healthy white rats were randomly divided into a blank control group, 12.5 % control group, 8.5 % control group, 12.5 % experiment control group and 8.5 % experiment group. In the two control groups, the blood pressure and heart rate of the mice were recorded 5 minutes and 10 minutes after staying in conical flasks with mixture gases of nitrogen and oxygen ( 12.5 %oxygen and 87.5 % nitrogen, 8.5 % oxygen and 91.5%nitrogen,respectively) ; and at 10 minutes, their tail blood hemoglobin (Hb) levels were detected. In the two experiment groups, after receiving hypoxia preconditioning for 7 days, the mice were managed with the same treatment as in the control groups. Results In the 12.5 % oxygen mixed with 87.5 %nitrogen group, at 5 minutes the diastolic pressure was higher than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 or 0. 05). ir/the 8.5%oxygen mixed with 91.5 % nitrogen group, at 5 and 10 minutes the diastolic pressure were higher than those in the control groups(P 〈0.01), at 5 minutes thesystolic pressure was higher than that in the control grouP( P 〈0.01 or 0.05); after hypoxia preconditioning, the Hb levels of the mice increased ( P 〈 0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion After HPC, the blood Hb level elevated; at acute hypoxia, the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure elevated as well.
