论述了创新素质要素、信息素质教育的内涵。阐述了信息素质教育在创新人才培养中的作用,同时探讨了高校图书馆如何发挥信息素质教育在创新人才培养中的作用。
This paper discusses on the elements of the innovative quality and the connotation of the information quality education, expounds the functions of the information quality education in the cultivation of the innovative talents, and probes into give full play to the functions of the information quality education in the cultivation of the innovative talents.
