川芎嗪改善东莨菪碱致大鼠学习记忆障碍研究 被引量:5

摘要 实验采用三门迷路法研究川芎嗪对东莨菪碱所致大鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用,并进一步探讨其可能的作用机制.实验结果表明:东莨菪碱能使训练后大鼠的获得性学习记忆能力下降,川芎嗪能改善由东莨菪碱所致大鼠的记忆障碍,统计结果有显著性差异.其作用机制可能是激活胆碱能神经系统的活性,提高脑内乙酰胆碱的含量. Three-Panel maze was used to observe the effect of Ligustrazine to learning and memory of the amnesiac rats which were induced by scopolamine and further discussed the potential mechanism of Ligustrazine. The results showed that scopolamine could reduce the obtainable learning and memory of the practiced rats. Ligustrazine could improve the learning and memory of the amnesiac rats. The results of statistic had significant difference. Perhaps, the mechanism may stimulate the activity of cholinergic nerve system and increase the content of Ach in the brain tissues.
