摘要
针对旅游景点游客满意度与投资规模和服务设施数量的矛盾,引入排队模型,给出了单独到达和批到达排队模型的运行指标,并结合费用优化模型计算出科学而合理的服务设施数量指标.实例分析表明,基于排队论的游客服务对象的规模与满意度优化组合研究对提高旅游管理运营效益水平具有重要意义.
In the light of the contradiction between the passengers' satisfaction level and the investment scale and the quantity of servicing facilities in tourism system, the theory of queuing and corresponding mathematics model are introduced. The parameters on one-by-one arrival and bulk arrivals are described. Based on minimum cost model, the scientific and reasonable service or facility quantity are calculated. The true example shows this method is useful to improve operational efficiency.
