珠钢ERP系统的实施分三期进行,一期实现了物流、资金流和信息流三流合一;二期实现了产销一体化,本文就珠钢ERP实施的总体思路、方法步骤、应用效果做了详尽的描述,并对成功的原因做了深入分析.
The ERP(enterprise resource planning) at Zhujiang Steel Co. are implemented in three phases. In the first phase, an integration d the material flow, fund flow and information flow was accomplished, and the integration of production and marketing was realized in the second phase. The general thoughts and methods of implementing the EBP, and its application effects are presented; and the reason for a successful application of the ERP at Zhujiang Steel Co. is given in the paper.
