摘要
目的建立测定废水中邻硝基苯酚(o-NP)含量的极谱法。方法测定待测样品及标准样品与镉离子、β-环糊精(-βCD)形成包合物的峰电流。结果平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.19%。结论本法准确、稳定、简便,适于推广。
Objective: To establish a osilloplaromethod for the determination of o-nitmphenol (o-NP) in waste water. Methods: The biggest current of inclusion complexes which were made of pilot sample (or standard sample) and cadmium ion with β-cyclodextrin was determined. Results: The average recovery rate was 99.4% (n = 5), and RSD was 0.19%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate.
