摘要
采用南京师范大学生命科学学院资源生物学实验室提取分离的铜绿微囊藻酸性多糖(MAAP),研究体外清除超氧阴离子(O2.)的作用以及对S-180肿瘤细胞模型小鼠体重、胸腺、脾脏指数、红细胞和肝脏GSH含量的影响.结果显示浓度小于18μg/mL的MAAP样品与O2.的清除率呈正相关(R2=0.988 5).MAAP对S-180引起的小鼠体重减轻、胸腺、脾脏等免疫器官萎缩有明显的保护作用.高剂量治疗组(200 mg/kg.d)、低剂量治疗组(80 mg/kg.d)小鼠血液红细胞的GSH含量升高,且各项指标高剂量治疗组与模型组均达到显著差异.表明在一定范围内,MAAP具有提高机体免疫力,抗氧化及抑制体内肿瘤的作用.
The pharmacologic functions of Acidic polysaccharides from Microcystic aeruginosa (MAAP) are studied in this paper. The experimental results show that MAAP is positively co-related with the eliminate rate of O2^-. (R^2 = 0.9885)when its concentration is lower than 18μg/mL. MAAP obviously improves the immune function of model mice, and protects its thymus, spleen and body weight. With the dosage range from 200 mg/(kg·d) to 80 mg/(kg·d), MAAP can improve GSH content in liver、blood of the treated mice. All these indicate that MAAP can inhibit the growth of tumor S-180 in mice in a certain range.
