摘要
生产中两种或多种润滑油组分调和以获取特定粘度的润滑油是十分重要的。调和油的粘度一般用粘度对数值与体积分率的线性关系推算。乙基硅油与不同类型的润滑油组分调和时,调和油的粘度出现了异常,即在一定的乙基硅油含量范围内,调和油的粘度低于两调和组分的粘度。列举了实验中发现的多种不能用经典粘度和粘温理论合理解释的现象,揭示了乙基硅油与不同类型组分调和时的粘度、粘温特性及其变化规律。
It is very important in production that two or more components are blended to form a lubricating oil with a specified viscosity.The viscosity of the blended oil is often calculated by a linear equation,which reveals the relationship between the viscosity of the blended oil and its components.However,there is an exception that the viscosity of the blended oils of diethyl silicone with other kinds of oils does not obey this equation.In certain contents of diethyl silicone,the viscosity of the blend is lower than that of any of its components.This paper indicates the rules in viscosity and visco temperature characteristics changes of diethyl silicone blended oils.
