摘要
依据污水处理厂的进水、曝气池、厌氧池、好氧池以及二沉池5个处理单元中水体的大肠杆菌群数以及常规水质参数(COD、SS、pH、温度)检测数据,分析了大肠杆菌群数与水体理化参数间的关系,得出以下结论:大肠杆菌生长的最适温度为25~40 ℃;有利于大肠杆菌生长的pH值在6.5~7.5之间,而最佳生长的pH值为7.2;COD值较高和SS含量高的水体中大肠杆菌群数也较多.
The paper studied the relationship between escherichia coli group (E. coil group) and the water quality parameters in sewage treatment plant based on the monitored data of COD, SS, pH of influent, aeration tank, aerobic tank, anaerobic tank and the secondary sedimentation tank of a municipal wastewater treatment plant. Analysis of the interaction between E. coli and the water quality indicated that the most suitable temperature for the E. coli growing was between 25 ℃ and 40 ℃, the pH lied between 6.5 and 7.5 and the most suitable pH was 7.2, the higher the values of COD and SS were, the more quantity of E. coli group could be found in the water.
