摘要
以一维气体动力学的基本方程为基础,推导出了适用于高压SF6断路器灭弧室内的无指数形式的气体流量方程和无指数形式的气体绝热方程.在此基础上,对定容积条件下的SF6气体放气特性进行了解析研究,寻找出放气过程中容积内的压力与放气时间的解析关系式.并以LW11-252型产品为例,进行空载分闸时,压气缸行程终了后,压气室剩余体积内气体的亚临界吹放气特性的研究,通过计算结果与实验数据的对比,证明所提解析方法的正确性和实用性.
Based on one-dimensional gas kinetics equations, the gas flow equation and gas isentropic equatior without exponent function are deduced. And the analytical study on the SF6 gas flow characteristic under giver volume is preformed. Moreover, the relationship between gas pressure and time of gas flowing is obtained. Furthermore, at the end stage of the no load interrupting course for the LW11-252 circuit breaker, the sub-critical gas flow characteristics of the remainder gas in the chamber has been investigated. Based on the comparison of the computed and the experimental results, the validity and practicability of the proposed analytical method is verified.
