摘要
为评价心功能不全患者Q-T_d、Q-T_d的临床应用价值,观察扩张型心肌病心功能不全患者(n=19)和高血压性心脏病心功能不全患者(n=20)Q-T、Q-T_c,并与健康成人(n=30)作对比。结果显示扩张型心肌病组与高血压性心脏病组Q-T_d无显著性差异(P>0.05),Q-T_(cd)有显著性差异(P<0.05),但均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),认为Q-T_(cd)比Q-T_d更能准确反映心肌复极离散程度。扩张型心肌病心功能不全患者Q-T_d、Q-T_(cd)增加最显著可能与其预后不良有关。
To assess clinical value of Q-T dispersion (Q-Td) and QTc dispersion (Q-Tcd ) at cases of heart dysfunction, we observed that Q Td and Q-Tcd of 19 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart dysfunction, 20 cases of hypertensive heart disease with heart dysfunction and 30 cases of healthy adults are controlled. Results showed that both Q-Td and Q Tcd of heart dysfunction in these cases increased markedly than that of healthy adults ( P <0. 01). Q Tcd in dilated cardiomyopathy with heart dysfunction also increased significantly than that in hypertensive heart disease ( P < 0. 05 ). Q-Td and Q-Tcd re flect degree of cardiac muscular repolarization. It is more accu rate that Q Tcd than Q-Td as former excluded influent factors of heart rate. Prolongation of Q-Td and Q Tcd may be related with poor prognosis, of which dilated cardiomyopathy with heart dysfunction may bo worse between them.
