摘要
中国企业跨国并购还存在着并购规模较小、并购领域集中、并购对象大多生存状况不佳等特点,造成这种现象的主要原因在于中国企业跨国并购的发展存在诸多障碍。洞悉这些障碍,采取有效的措施推动中国企业跨国并购的快速健康发展是决定中国企业国际化进程的重要因素,同时也是提升中国企业国际竞争力和国家全球竞争力的客观要求。
The transnational mergers of Chinese enterprises are characteristic of small-scale and merger in some specified industries. Furthermore, Most of the foreign companies merged with Chinese enterprises are non-profit-making. The ineffective merger has resulted from many barricades which block the transnational merger of Chinese firms. Effective measures should be taken to remove the barricades and boost the rapid and sound development of transnational merger of Chinese corporations, which will help enhance Chinese enterprises＇ international competitiveness and the global competitive ness of our country.
