摘要
自１９９３年２～９月，对无糖尿病高危因素的正常初孕妇，测定早、中、晚各妊娠期的午餐后１与２小时血浆葡萄糖及血清胰岛素。对在我院分娩并进一步排除糖代谢异常可疑者共４５４例次，测定结果用百分位数法进行统计，并据此提出了北京地区孕妇餐后血糖正常参考值的建议，这一结果对于指导妊娠合并糖尿病的治疗有重要意义。血清胰岛素值随妊娠进展而上升，但个体差异较大，数据可供临床参考。
Plasma glucose and serum insulin were determined in 454 cases of pregnant women from February to September in 1993.These women are primiparae, who are free from risk factor for diabetes mellitus.The plasma glucose results of percentile values.According to the above pa rameter we put forth pregnant women's normal reference value of plasma glucose 1h and 2h post prandial.Serum insulin percential values increase with signficant difference during the early,mid and late trimester of pregnancy.
