制何首乌多糖对痴呆模型小鼠学习记忆能力及脑内酶活性的影响 被引量:31

摘要 目的考察制何首乌多糖对痴呆模型小鼠的作用。方法应用D-半乳糖制作小鼠痴呆模型,灌胃给予制何首乌多糖提取液,并分别以维生素E、脑复新和雌二醇作为阳性对照药。结果对于痴呆模型小鼠,制何首乌多糖能够明显提高其学习记忆能力,降低脑内脂褐质含量及单胺氧化酶活性,提高脑内超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性及海马部位一氧化氮合酶活性。结论制何首乌多糖具有抗实验性痴呆作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of refined polygonum multiflorum thunb, polysaccharide on the experimental mice with dementia. Methods: The mouse models of dementia, which were produced with Dgalactose, were fed with refined polygonum muhifiorum thunb, polysaccharide extract solution. Vitamin E, pyritinol and estradiol were respectively used as positive control. Results: In the mouse model of dementia, refined polygonum muhiflorum thunb, polysaccharide markedly improved learning memory, lowered the contents of lipofuscin and the activity of monoamine oxidase in the brain and enhance the activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase in the brain and nitric oxide synthase in the area of hippocampus. Conclusion: Refined polygonum multiflorum thunb, polysaccharide has anti-dementia activity in animal model.
