摘要
利用RAPD分子标记,对36个糯玉米种质资源进行了聚类分析。从100个随机引物中筛选出具有多态性的3个引物,依据扩增谱带建立0,1型数据表,并进行了聚类分析。结果表明:供试的36个资源共划分为4个类群,但所分类群并不能和任何一个已知表型性状分类完全吻合,所以认为用单纯几个引物的扩增结果进行聚类分析无法精确地划分类群,如果要精确划分还需要进行大量的多引物重复试验和田间试验。
Clustering analyzed 36 sticky maize germplasm resources with RAPD marker, selected three primers from 100 candidates as polymorphic DNA markers, and [0, 1 ]database was built based on the extended spectral band. The results indicated that 36 types of germplasm could be classified into four groups. But the groups could not match completely with any identified phenotype characters. The conclusion was that, in the case of only several primers were clustering analyzed ; groups could not be precisely classified. Amount of multi-primers repeated tests and fieldworks were suggested for better classification accuracy.
