(Ni_(0.75)Fe_(0.25))_(73)Nb_5Si_(10)B_(12)非晶合金的等温晶化与结构转变

Phase transformation of amorphous alloy (Ni_(0.75)Fe_(0.25))_(73)Nb_5Si_(10)B_(12) during isothermal annealing

摘要 采用旋铸急冷工艺在大气环境中制备出了(Ni0.75Fe0.25)73Nb5Si10B12非晶合金带材.X射线衍射分析表明,样品为完全非晶.采用DiamondTG/DTA差热分析仪测量了非晶薄带的热稳定性及其相关参数Tg、Tx、Tm等.在720、7508、00K分别对试样进行等温退火处理,在通高纯氩气保护下保温60min.利用X射线衍射分析了非晶合金等温晶化时相转变及组织转变.在720K退火,组织仅发生少量晶化,先析出-γ(Fe,Ni)固溶体相;750K时发生部分晶化,组织为-γ(Fe,Ni)固溶体、(Fe,Ni)23B6、Ni31Si12和Nb2NiB0.16;800K时合金完全晶化,组织与750K时相同. Amorphous ribbon specimen of (Ni0.75Fe0.25)73Nb5Si10B12 was prepared with a single roller meltspinning technique in atmosphere. Its XRD analysis indicated that the specimen is fully amorphous. The thermal stability of the amorphous alloy was studied by using a differential thermal analysis (DTA),to get its glass transition temperature (Tg), crystallization temperature (Tx), and melting point temperature (Tm), respectively. The amorphous alloy was annealed for 60 min at different temperatures of 720, 750 and 800 K, respectively. The mierostructure and phase transformation during crystallization were investigated by using XRD. The experimental results indicated that a small amount of crystalline of γ-(Fe,Ni) solid solution appears in the amorphous matrix after annealing at 720 K. The amorphous alloy was partly crystal- lized through annealing at 750 K for 60 min, the crystallized phases are-γ-(Fe, Ni) solid solution, (Fe,Ni)23nB6, Ni31Si12 and Nb2Ni0.16, respectively. However the amorphous alloy was completely crystallized at 800 K for 60 rain, and no new crystallized phase appears.
