摘要
新经济时代,竞争环境的复杂变化,促使企业越来越重视人本管理思想,重视对员工激励的有效性及如何用好“薪酬”这把双刃剑。因此,企业必须重视建立一种行之有效的激励机制———薪酬沟通机制来支持、推动薪酬战略的实现。文章对薪酬沟通的内涵、必要性及意义、当前薪酬沟通存在的误区和如何构建科学合理的薪酬沟通机制进行了详细论述。
