摘要
分析科技期刊管理体制上存在的一些问题,指出影响科技期刊转制的主客观因素:期刊在发行代理上没有选择;期刊分布于不同的部门和行业等。思考了现行期刊事业单位转制的可能性,并提出了科技期刊转制的对策:转变观念,分类发展,品牌创新,树立集团化意识,开展涉及期刊内容的活动等。
By the profound analyses of some questions existing in sci-tech periodical management system, the authors indicate the host and guest factors impacting sci-tech periodical turning system： the periodicals have no alternative in distribution;the periodicals distribute in different departments and vocations. By the deep thought about the feasibility of the current periodical institution turning system, the authors put forward some countermeasures, such as transiting concept, developing specifically, brand innovation, set up collective consciousness, activities referring the periodicals.
