摘要
目的解决多级齿轮传动系统布局方案设计阶段多级传动系统的空间布局设计问题.方法建立传动系统的空间布局设计模型,推导出空间位置、几何和强度等约束的设计通式,确定各级传动比的设计规范,利用NSGA-Ⅱ和Matlab工具完成空间布局优化设计.结果获得了传动系统空间布局设计的数学模型和最优布局方案.结论实现了运动方案设计与结构方案设计的融合.用运动方案设计与结构方案设计过程的反复交替来说明设计的耦合性,并在解决这一问题方面作了尝试.实例验证该方法获得的结果能够有效支持工程实际,解决多级传动系统空间布局方面的问题.
In order to resolve the packing and layout problem for multi-stage gear drives at the conceptual design stage, the three-dimensional layout model of gear drives has been established, and the universal constraint equations of the location of drive elements, geometry and strength have been derived. The design rules of speed ratio of multi-stage gear drives have been confirmed, and the optimal layout model and several layout schemes of multi-drives gear drives have also been achieved by using NSGA- Ⅱ and Matlab tools. The integration between the principle conceptual design and structural conceptual design has been realized by these methods, and this criterion of top-down design has also been followed. The coupling of design process is proved by the above-mentioned iterated stage. The problems of the coupling of design process and layout of multi-stage gear drives have been initiatively solved. Some examples show that these methods can effec- tively support the engineering practice, and the program based on our methods is reliable.
