摘要
综述了大豆的遗传转化的受体系统和转基因方法的最新研究进展,并进一步探讨了大豆遗传 转化的主要问题及对策。在大豆遗传转化研究中存在着适合遗传转化的再生系统不完善、遗传转化效 率较低且重复性差、大豆受体基因型匮乏等问题,因此建立高效和稳定的大豆组织培养体系。使之广 泛适于生产上栽培大豆品种的遗传转化,另外将目前转基因策略中单价基因改为多价基因,可能是解 决上述问题的有效途径。
The recent researchprogress enicmethodsinsoybeanweresummarized in this paper. The major problem and corresponding counter measure of genetic transformation in soybean were probed, either. The main confined factors in genetic transformation of soybean include the faultiness of the system of tissue culture, low efficiency and repetition of genetic transformation and restricted soybean genotypes as receptors. The path of solving the problems was to set a high efficient and stable system for tissue culture in soybean. Also the number of target gene to be transformed will be increased from single gene to several genes simultaneously.
