摘要
最近发展起来的表面等离子体共振光化学传感器由于其高灵敏度、高选择性而引起了人们的极大兴趣。此种传感方式在蛋白质等生物大分子的测定、生物过程动力学分析、荧光免疫研究等方面显示了极大的应用潜力。若以针尖小于0.1μm的单模光纤做探头,可望实现活体、在线、微区分析。
There are great interests in the surface plasmon resonance optical chemical sensors with the advantages of high selectivity and high sensitivity. The sensors have great patentialities in the areas of the study on fluori-immunity and the analysis of bio-kinetics as well as the detection of biomacro molecules such as protein etc. The on-line and micro-region analysis on the livings will be achieved by using the single fiber probe.
