摘要
通过具体事例说明太阳活动和月亮引潮力等外因对自然地质灾害的诱发作用外，并从系统论观点和高度上探讨了天体系统与地球系统共同致灾作用。这在自然灾害，特别是地质灾害发生时间的预报方面有其实际意义。
The article describes the inducing action of the solar action and the moon tiding force and so on external cause to the calamity of natural geology with a lot example: and in the new of system theory inquires into all causing disater action of the periodic action of the sun,moon and earth. These have all actural significance in fore casting aspect when natural calamity happens.
