摘要
本文为改进和完善对高校教师教学质量进行定量的评价方法,引进了层次分析法(AHP),并结合高校教师教学的各方面工作内容,分层次设置不同的评价指标,结合了专家评价组的不同评价,形成了定量评价高校教师教学质量的综合评价,使评价结果更趋于合理。
In order to modify the method of quantitative evaluation for the teaching quality the AHP is provide, and the evaluation indexes at level is given to combine different aspects of teaching work and compromise various evaluations from the evaluation' s group of experts. In this case a comprehensive quantitative university teaching evaluation system is established, which makes the results of the evaluation more reasonable.
