摘要
对Sharpless不对称环氧化反应、手性Salen-Mn(Ⅲ)络合物、手性金属卟啉、手性酮催化的非官能化等成功的不对称环氧化方法进行了评述;介绍了手性亚胺盐、聚氨基酸为催化剂的新型有机催化反应.对烯烃不对称环氧化研究的发展方向提出了见解.
A commentary is given about Sharpless asymmetric epoxidizing reaction and the successful asymmetric epoxidizing methods of catalyzed nonfunctionalization by chiral Salen-Mn （Ⅲ） complex, metalloporphyrin and ketone. A brief introduction is made to other new organic catalytic reactions through the catalysts of chiral imidic salt and polyamino acid. Put forth are the views on the developing course of the study on the asymmetric epoxidation of olefine.
