本文参考美国EPA测定生物组织中砷的样品前处理方法,利用石墨炉原子吸收法测定生物体中砷,并确定了一套完整的样品测定的质控措施,该方法保证了生物组织中砷测定的快速、准确、可靠。
This article consults the EPA pre-treatment method of biological tissue for As analysis,determines As in biological tissue by GFAAS,and sets up a series of quality control measures for sample analysis,which ensures the quickness, accuracy and trustiness for As analysis in biological tissue.
