摘要 大连石门山隧道为双幅式双向六车道隧道,隧道施工难度最大地段为北口130m超浅埋地段。针对该地段的复杂情况采用机械配合爆破的方法进行施工,下部采用微震动爆破,上部采用机械开挖,最终安全快速地通过该地段。本文介绍了该工程地质概况、开挖方案、特制挖斗、爆破参数。该法对大跨度复杂性隧道的开挖有很强的适用性。 Dalian-shimenshan tunnel was double-way with six lines.The section 130m north of the tunnel was the most difficulty in operating. Considering the variety terrane, the combination of blasting and mechanical operation was employed in the construction. Weak shaking controlled blasting was used at the bottom,mechanical operation was adopted on the top. The difficulty section of the tunnel was finally constructed safely and fleetly. This combination method is very applicable to the excavation of tunnel with variety terrane. The paper introduces the engineering geologic feature, construction method,special grab and blasting parameters.
