摘要
现代经济系统所具有的复杂性使得其功能的发挥越来越依赖于经济制度的安排,而经济制度的有效性和合法性却根本依存于它的正义性之中。从经济哲学的视野看,经济制度需要正义价值的匡扶。同时,经济制度正义的核心内容,以及经济制度正义对现实中国的意义等也是我们必须认真思考和阐释的问题。
The function of modern economic system is more and more relying on the arrangement of economic system because of its complicated characteristic, while the validity of economy system fundamentally depends on the justice of economic system. The paper explores the meanings of the economic system and the justice of economic system, the main content of the justice of economic system, and the realistic significance to China that should be given out the explication.
