摘要
研究了超声波在中药有效成分提取中的频率、时间和中药剂量的使用对抑菌效果影响; 以灰霉菌为供试菌,通过抑菌实验来进行验证,证明超声波作用于药物提取具有提取率高、可 靠性强、操作简便、大大缩短提取时间等优点;与传统超声波提取中药相比,使用竹醋液为溶 剂提取中药进行抑菌,可以不用将其分离,从而节省了大量的人力、物力;确定以竹醋液与中 药丁香、苦豆子、高良姜、黄连等辅配,然后用超声波提取这些中药的有效成份。结果表明: 竹醋液不仅本身有很强的抑菌作用,而且分别与丁香、高良姜、黄连辅配,用超声波提取后能 够产生明显的增效作用。
This paper mainly discusses the influence of frequency, the time and the dosage of Chinese herbal medicine in the extracting process with ultrasonic wave on the effect of antibacterium, which was examined by anti-microbial experiment. It was proved that the ultrasonic wave when used for extracting has many strong points, such as high extract rate, reliability, easy to operate and less extracting time. Moreover, this study adopted bamboo vinegar fluid as the solvent to extract effective ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine, which, compared with conventional methods, saved a lot of manpower and resources. First, we mixed the bamboo vinegar luid with Chinese herbal medicine such as clove, rhubarb and son on and then extracted their effective ingredients with the ultrasonic wave. The results showed that bamboo vinegar fluid could obviously enhance the extracting effect with the ultrasonic wave after mixed with the Chinese herbal medicine.
