摘要
大学生是网络最大的参与者,必须注重加强大学生的网络文明建设。要提高其道德素质和自律意识;加强网络法律法规的学习,增强他们在信息网络上遵纪守法的自觉性;要加强审美教育,提高其追求真善美、抵制假丑恶的能力。
：In the information society, the construction of university students＇ network-civilization must be stressed because they become the biggest participators to network. Therefore, their moral quality should be improved, their autonomy realization be enhanced; the study of the network laws and regulations must be stressed, the self-consciousness of obeying the network laws and regulations should be enhanced, and esthetical education should be strengthened to improve their ability to pursue the truth, the good and the beautiful and resist the fake, the ugly and the bad.
