摘要
加拿大高校的办学体制体现了鲜明的“以生为本”的育人宗旨,从行政管理体制到教学管理及其运行机制,从人才培养模式到后勤保障体系,从决策层到制度层到管理层,以学生为中心,以学生为主体,尊重学生的话语权、知情权、选择权和发展权,关心学生的个性发展和全面发展成为一切工作的出发点和落脚点,不少做法为我国高校的改革和发展提供了许多有益的借鉴。
The schooling system of Canadian colleges and universities reflects its distinctive "student- oriented" educational principle. From administrative system to teaching management and its operation, from talent training to logistic services, from policy making to regulations to management, the colleges treat students as their central concern, respect their rights to speak, to know, to select, and to develop and regard the students' individual and balanced development as both their starting and their finishing points in all their work. Many of their practices can provide useful lessons for the reform and development of China' s colleges and universities.
